It was easy to miss this twisted little gem about a bizarre psychiatrist and his patient when it was first released three years ago. The dark humor is not for everyone, which is obvious from the first scene when Martin is cleaning the blood stains from his own failed suicide attempt. But writers/stars Ian Roberts and Matt Walsh, from New York City's Upright Citizens Brigade, somehow turn this into a comic romp, part ''After Hours" and part after-school special. The DVD includes goofy extras that include deleted scenes with David Cross's character and a foldout board game.
